Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the lessor of the first floor building of Gyeonggi-gu C building, and D is the lessee of the building.

On December 3, 2012, the defendant had the staff of the F Certified Judicial Scriveners Office located in Gyeonggi-si E prepare a false complaint about D using a computer.
