Defendants are not guilty. The summary of the judgment is publicly announced.

1. Defendant A is a real operator of “B” corporation located in Jincheon-gun E, Chungcheongnamcheon-gun, and Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of manufacturing LPG containers and high-pressure gas containers.

(a) A person who manufactures, repairs, or imports Defendant A’s containers, etc. shall undergo an inspection conducted by the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy, the head of a Si/Gun/Gu office, before selling or using the containers, etc.;

Nevertheless, the Defendant collected used containers produced at the above factory around May 2015 to July 2015 by Defendant’s company, and removed proxers and sackers (containers installed on the lower container) after removing them, and then the Defendant did not undergo an inspection as to whether the repair is appropriate, even though the Defendant repaired them by attaching proxers and sackers with the respective KS Certification Mark.

B. Defendant B, at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph, committed the Defendant’s act in relation to the Defendant’s business.

2. Determination

A. The summary of the Defendants’ assertion (hereinafter, “Defendant A” and “Defendant Company”) received an order to recover containers from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and recovered used containers in compliance with the order, and received a request for SS in the event of a defect in the sold gas container, and did not accept the order by collecting heavy containers, removing professional architecture and scke, and attaching them without undergoing an inspection.

B. 1) The main evidence consistent with the facts charged in the instant case lies in F, G, and H’s police statements, and gas containers and images inside the factory taken by G, and images.

2) According to the evidence adopted and examined by the court, the following facts and circumstances revealed that the evidence presented by the prosecutor alone was proven to the extent that there is no reasonable doubt.
