Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who is engaged in a self-business, and Defendant B is a karaoke machine business operator who operates the “E K Kinging practice room” located in D in the light of the game.

1. On March 6, 2015, Defendant A’s obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) reported that he/she would sell alcoholic beverages in the said “E K K Kinginging practice room” and (b) confirmed the inside of the said King practice room F, a police officer F, and G, who was called out, to verify the fact that he/she sold alcoholic beverages, entered the said King practice room 3; (c) confirmed the beer on the table, who was on the table; and (d) confirmed the inside of the said King practice room with another customer.

Accordingly, according to the above 6th room, the Defendant, who was in the above 3th room, committed assault against the above F, such as "I am chron gue, internal chron fome," and "I am ambling with the above F," and ambling the ambroto, walking the ambroto, and sphering the ambling, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention and investigation of police officers F crime.

2. The proprietor of a singing practice room business in violation of the Music Industry Promotion Act of Defendant B shall not sell or offer any alcoholic beverage;

On March 6, 2015, at around 21:10, the Defendant received 3,00 won per cans to customers who had three rooms in the “E K K King practice room”, and sold them to customers H, etc. who had three rooms in a cans, one cans, six rooms, and 3,00 won per cans.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the obligations of the karaoke machine business operator.
