1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months;

Punishment of the crime

On February 20, 2014, at around 10:25, the Defendant driven the B Poter Cargo, proceeding from the direction of the granting police station to the Pacific Road, in front of the Pacific District, in a white paper, in front of the Pacific District, and led to the U.S. to the intersection.
