except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud against the victim C;

A. A. Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

B. Around September 2008, the Defendant stated at the above place that “a credit card is lent to the above victim, and if so, the Defendant would purchase raw materials, etc. with the said card and settle the price with no mold.”

However, in fact, the defendant is a bad credit holder, and there is no other property, and the amount of debt is about 30 million won, and even if he borrows credit cards from others because he is not good management status of the beauty room operated by his cohabiting woman, he did not have any intention or ability to pay the amount.

After deceiving the victim as above, the defendant received the modern card in the victim's name, and then paid 150,000 won via three times on the 15th of the same month, the amount of bicycle purchase price and game user fee, 650,000 won on the 16th of the same month, and 100,000 won on the 17th of the same month, and 100,000 won on the 17th of the same month, and acquired economic benefits equivalent to the same amount.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired financial benefits by deceiving the victim.

2. Fraud against victim G;

A. The Defendant was dead on May 9, 2008.
