Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a cargo vehicle of one ton in sealed class B.

At around 13:30 on October 2, 2014, the Defendant got to the left-hand turn to the right-hand turn from the Cheongdoe Village, which is located in the Cheongdoe-gun C, Chungcheongnam-do.

There are crosswalks where signal lights are installed on the front door, so in such cases, there was a duty of care to check whether a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to safely drive the road by reducing speed in advance and by checking well the right and the right of the front door.

The Defendant suffered from the Defendant’s occupational negligence, such as pressure pressure duplicating No. 2, which requires approximately 12 weeks of treatment.
