A. 1) Korea Livestock Farming Association Co., Ltd. under the Land Readjustment Project Act (hereinafter “instant land”) shall be the land indicated in the attached Form 2 and the land E-Gu 1,146.4m2 (hereinafter “instant land”) on July 26, 201 under the Land Readjustment Project Act.

On June 2, 2014, the Plaintiff acquired the instant building site: (a) obtained the highest price at the auction procedure of F real estate F in the Daegu District Court Branch of Port Branch of the Daegu District Court on the instant land, including the instant building site, as a bidder; and (b) paid the sales price of KRW 3,400,000 on July 23, 2014.
