1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B shall be KRW 85,617,050 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 22, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is a management body comprised of all sectional owners of the A commercial building located in the Busan Young-gu F (hereinafter “instant commercial building”).
B. The occupants of the instant commercial building Nos. 101 and 201 are Defendant B, and the occupants of the instant commercial building No. 701 are Defendant C and D, and the occupants of the instant commercial building No. 804 are Defendant C.
C. On November 18, 2014, Defendant C and D completed the registration of ownership transfer for one-half portion of the instant commercial building No. 701 on November 18, 2014 on the grounds of sale and purchase as of November 12, 2014, and Defendant E completed the registration of ownership transfer on the grounds of sale and purchase as of July 28, 2015, as to subparagraphs 801 through 804 of the instant commercial building on July 28, 2015.

2. Determination as to the claim against the defendant B, C, and D
A. Defendant B is obligated to pay 85,617,050 won (a total sum of management expenses and late payment charges for the instant commercial building 101 and 201 from May 2014 to August 2016) plus 36,672,340 won (a total of 48,94,710 won and late payment charges for the management expenses and late payment charges for the instant commercial building 101 from November 2013 to October 2014), as well as 15% interest per annum from the day after the day of the delivery of a copy of the complaint to the day of the complete payment, to the day after the day of the complete payment.2) Defendant C is obligated to pay the total of 701,804 won and late payment charges for the instant commercial building 101,632,631, the late payment charges for the instant commercial building 101, and the late payment charges for the total of 15% and late payment charges for the period from 105% to 17.15% to the end to 17.17%.
3 Defendant D shall be jointly and severally with Defendant C for the commercial building of this case from July 2014 to December 2015.
