Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
C As a pastor of the “E church” in Chuncheon City, C died on September 30, 2016, and F is both children of the above C, and Defendant A was elected as a representative at the “Meeting in which the E church is in service,” after the death of the above C, and Defendant B was dispatched to the said “E church” in the “G,” registered with the said “E church, and was a teacher who was dispatched to the said “E church,” and was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution on June 5, 2017 for criminal fraud by the Chuncheon District Court, which became final and conclusive on June 13, 2017.
1. The Defendants were aware of the fact that the said F is not the articles of incorporation of the “E church” while preparing a civil lawsuit against the said F in order to recover the property in the name of the said F, on the grounds that the said C’s property is the church’s property, and that the said F is not the church’s property, and the Defendants were willing to forge the articles of incorporation of the “E church” in the same manner as the articles of incorporation of the “H church” in which Defendant B entered, and to submit it to the court.
On October 2016, the Defendants, using a computer located in Chuncheon-si I in the above H church’s title, affixed the seal impression of the church created by Defendant A voluntarily on the first page, stating “Rules”, “E church”, “E church”, and “representative C” in the last page, and attached the seal impression of each of the above “E church” in the name of each of the above “E church.”
As a result, the Defendants conspired to forge the articles of association in the name of the “E church”, which is a private document on rights and duties without authority for the purpose of exercising.
2. On March 21, 2017, the Defendants holding the said investigation documents present at the K Joint Legal Office “at the K Joint Law Office, as if they were duly constituted the said forged articles of incorporation with respect to the attorney L who is unaware of such forgery,” and continuously present it at the Chuncheon District Court’s civil petition office located in 284 as of March 21, 2017.
