1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff and the Defendant (Co., Ltd.) are international shipping companies, and the Plaintiff is located in Indonesia Bureau, and the Defendant is located in the Republic of Korea.

B. The Defendant was entrusted with the carriage of cargo by Faxex Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Saxex”), and the Plaintiff, upon the Defendant’s request, had the Plaintiff take charge of the carriage of air freight to be shipped in Indonesia.

Accordingly, from February 2014 to July 201 of the same year, the Plaintiff arranged the carriage by air of the goods shipped from the factory located in Indonesia of Faex.

2. Summary of the parties' arguments

A. Upon receiving a request for the freight forwarding from the Defendant, the forwarding agent, who was entrusted with the freight forwarding from the Plaintiff Fax, the Plaintiff arranged the freight forwarding of the Fax, which is shipped from the Indonesia factory.

When the plaintiff submits a written claim for payment to the defendant, the defendant shall enter the written claim.
