1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On October 21, 2019, the Defendant driven the above car at around 20:45, and had C run the front side of the racing-si from the mouth to the port of port.

Since there is a center line of yellow solid lines on the surface, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to thoroughly see the front side and accurately manipulate the steering gear in order to prevent the accident in advance by driving the steering system along his/her own lane.
