1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 41,00,000 as well as KRW 40,000 among them, from July 7, 2019 to the day of full payment.

1. On July 7, 2017, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent the amount of KRW 50 million to the Defendant at 7% per annum and by July 6, 2019.

The Defendant repaid to the Plaintiff the interest amounting to KRW 7 million (=50 million x 7% x 2 years) of the total of KRW 6 million and the total of KRW 10 million.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from July 7, 2019 to the day of full payment with respect to the remaining principal and interest of KRW 41 million and the principal of KRW 40 million, which is the day following the due date, to the day of full payment.
