The defendant is a person driving a CMW car.

On June 21, 2013, around 13:35, the Defendant driven the above vehicle on the street in front of the Sho-dong Customs Service of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, without a driver's license, at a distance of about 1 km from around the front road of the Gangnam-gu, Seoul to about 199-17.
