Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants, with the knowledge of the fact that the victim F is a large amount of money, enticed the victim to gambling, retired from betting in the event of drinking, and attempted to inform the victim of his/her failure or to give his/her signal, such as continuing to engage in betting, and to defraud him/her by deceiving the victim through betting method.
1. On August 18, 2012, from around 15:00 to 24:00 on August 18, 2012, Defendant A, B, and C’s joint criminal conduct, one male, and two females are pretended to be the victim and “bagod” in the same manner as that provided in paragraph (1) at the mutually unclaimed restaurant located in Sinung-si H from around 15:00 to around 24:00, and Defendant B controlled the gambling plaque by providing KRW 3,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with three infinites.
