1. The Plaintiff:

(a) Defendant A Co., Ltd. shall have the real estate listed in the Appendix 1 list;

B. Defendant B is listed in the Appendix 1 list.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On January 15, 2016, Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”) leased real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant real estate”) from the Plaintiff from the Plaintiff, KRW 200,00,000, KRW 9,500,000, KRW 9,500,000 (payment on the last day of each month, separate value-added tax), and the lease period from March 31, 2016 to March 31, 2019 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”); and thereafter, the instant real estate was handed over at that time.

B. Defendant A, with the Plaintiff’s consent, subleases part of each of the instant real estate to Defendant B, Defendant C (hereinafter “Defendant C”), Defendant D, and Defendant E (hereinafter “Defendant E”), as indicated in the following table, and delivers each of the relevant parts around that time.

On June 1, 2016, Defendant B (mutual name: G) 1, June 1, 2016, which connects each point of Nos. 801 and No. 20,000,000 square meters on board among the instant real estate 1,20,000 per month / June 1, 2016, Defendant C 2, 30,000 square meters connected each point of Nos. 2, Nos. 804 and 10,000, Nos. 80, 10,000,000 won and 10,000,000 won and 10,00,000 won and 1,00,000 won and 1,00,000 won and 1,00,000 won and 1,00,000 won and 20,000 won and 30,01,000 won and 4,01.

D. Around 2016, Defendant A sub-leaseed Defendant F with each point of the attached drawings Nos. 805, 806, 807 and 264.46 square meters on the instant real estate, which had been connected to Defendant F without the Plaintiff’s consent, in sequence of the attached drawings Nos. 2 and r, r, s, t, and q among the instant real estate, and around that time the said part was delivered

E. Defendant A did not pay the Plaintiff rent after August 1, 2016, and Article 4 of the instant lease agreement is a lessee.
