Punishment of the crime

On June 14, 2013, at around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) failed to comply with the victim’s promise to take a director at a different place until June 14, 2013 due to the delinquency in monthly rent and management expenses of the C building 1014, Busan, Busan, the Defendant forced the victim to open the door door of the victim’s residence and infringed on the victim’s residence.
