A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 04:00 on June 6, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the police station’s criminal charge in Pyeongtaek-gu, Pyeongtaek-dong 619, and the criminal team’s criminal team office, and the police officer’s bridge attached to the police officer who is on duty at Pyeongtaek-gu, Police Station, where the police officer was under the influence of alcohol and took a bath, and prevented him/her from taking the breath of his/her head and her left arms.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of order within police stations.

The Defendant damaged public goods at around 04:50 on June 6, 2013, the Defendant removed the signboard of the above criminal team, which was attached on the wall at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1., in his/her hand, and subsequently cut down the number of the criminal team office’s entrance door number and the entrance bell.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the goods used by public offices.

3. On April 23, 2013, the Defendant damaged property by breaking the electronic fall equivalent to KRW 180,000,000, which was installed in the main gate in which the victim F of Pyeongtaek-si 301 resides, by bricks, etc. around 10:25.

4. Around 10:30 on April 23, 2013, the Defendant made a public insult of the victim on the street in front of the Pyeongtaek-si Ethypt building. Around 10:30 on the same day, the Defendant made a public insult of the victim on the street through which the victim F was able to take a bath, such as the police officer’s background leading up to the dispatch of the police after having received the report on the damage under the above 3. Around the same day, the Defendant made a public insult of the victim on the street through which many people pass.

5. On April 23, 2013, at around 10:35, the Defendant: (a) was arrested in the act of causing property damage and insult as a crime of causing property damage and insult; and (b) destroyed the police patrol car (No. 18), which is a public object, by getting on the patrol car, to have approximately KRW 68,600 of the repair cost of the vehicle walked with a cover cover on several occasions.
