1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1.The definitions of terms used in this Agreement, Article 2 (Definition of Terms) of the Basic Facts, are as follows:

1. The term "system" means a system built in a mobile accident inquiry system based on the commercialS/W (software), operationS/W supplied by Bluchip S;

2."CommercialS/W" means software on the specifications of supply.

3. “OperationS/W” means the software developed and supplied by Bluchip SPPS, reflecting the requirements of Defendant Hyundai Marine Fire Insurance.

4. The completion of tallying means the completion of normal functions to enable the services to be performed by the Defendant Hyundai Marine Fire Insurance or by a person designated by the Defendant Hyundai Marine Fire Insurance or by the Defendant Hyundai Marine Fire Insurance through an operating test with a tallying/W and operatingS/W inside the installed H/W.

Article 3(Scope of Contracts) (1) The scope of a system construction contract for Bluchips SPS to supply Defendant Hyundai Marine and Fire Insurance shall be as follows:

1. Establishing an environment necessary for developing and operating software programs included in the system in which Defendant Hyundai Marine Fire Insurance intends to build;

2. Establishment, analysis, development, test, and implementation of model operation for the normal operation of the system for the establishment of the system for the Defendant Hyundai Marine Fire Insurance;

3. Preparation of related designs and specifications and education for the maintenance, repair and functional modification of system software after completion of construction, which are necessary for Defendant Hyundai Marine Fire Insurance to independently perform;

4. It shall include all other matters concerning the system established through the system.

Article 4 (Building Period) (1) The construction period under this Agreement shall be from October 15, 2012 to January 30, 2013.

Article 5 (Contract Amount and Payment Terms) ① System's purchase amount shall be KRW 195,00,000 (including value-added tax), and Bluchip S shall be the defendant.
