A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 12, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic law (unlicensed driving) at the Daegu District Court on May 12, 2016, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on August 18, 2016.

On May 3, 2017, the Defendant driven a G 3 truck without the driver's license from around 200 meters to the front road of the station in the direction of the U.S. in F from the front road of the Young-gun, Young-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

Summary of Evidence
