Punishment of the crime

1. No person who has obtained permission for development activities from a Special Metropolitan City Mayor, Metropolitan City Mayor, Special Self-Governing City Mayor, Special Self-Governing Province Governor, or head of a Si/Gun;

On January 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sealed a container on the land equivalent to a size of 716.7 square meters from the Namyang-si, Namyang-si; (b) installed a mar block on the land equivalent to a size of 507.7 square meters; and (c) obtained permission for the construction of a parking lot site on the installation of a stone shed equivalent to a height of 1m or 1.5m; (d) installed a concrete building, other than a asphalt or mar block, on July 1, 2015 without permission of the Namyang-si market; and (e) installed a mar-type retaining wall equivalent to a height of 3m, other than a mar-scale.

As a result, the Defendant modified the matters that obtained permission for development activities without permission from the South-North Jeju City market.

2. The Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of establishing and operating medical institutions.

The defendant, a representative director, changed the matters on which he obtained permission for development activities without obtaining permission for the business of the defendant at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
