Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for six months by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, in the Daegu District Court's Ansan-dong branch.
On January 25, 2020, at around 03:40, the Defendant driven a e-car while drunkly under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.129% from the underground parking lots of the C building in the Yacheon-gun Bacheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do to the front roads of the dong-si.
As a result, the Defendant violated the regulations on the prohibition of drunk driving more than twice.
