Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A, on November 15, 2013, sentenced a fine of four million won in fraud at the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court) on November 23, 2013, which became final and conclusive on November 23, 2013. Although (D) the former representative director of the D Co., Ltd. was unable to secure stores to enter the Republic of Korea, Defendant A proposed a restaurant franchise business under the name of the disabled person as a full start-up business start-up business; (b) the Defendants also agreed to the above business by the disabled person for the purpose of promoting a business in which the disabled person will open a franchise store to deal with tea and coffee; and (c) the Defendants received the money as a security deposit in order to pay for the money from the sales business operator, the supplier of tea and coffee, etc.
1. The Defendants in collusion with the victim E are promoting the F business, which is a policy project for supporting disabled persons to be supported by national agencies, such as the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Small and Medium Business Administration, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Ministry of Fishery Affairs, in the influent area of the date of April 2012.
The government support is almost decided to grant a volume of subsidies of 15 billion to 20 billion won for the disabled persons to open stores specialized in selling tea and coffee, and 150 million won for each disabled person's household should be supported by 100 million won or 150 million won and 150 million won until December 30, 2012.
