Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 30, 2012, at around 15:10 on September 30, 2012, the Defendant attempted to intrude upon the victim’s residence by following the c apartment 232 and 505 of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the victim D (the victim D) was mixed with at least once, and intending to intrude into the victim’s residence by looking at his house through the string of about 10 minutes in the front door.
