Punishment of the crime

On February 7, 2017, at around 17:00, the Defendant was refused on the grounds that the victim C (at the age of 57), who was not in a trade name in Seogu-gu, Daegu-gu, had the victim go through a fluencing horse, but was drinking much, thereby hindering the victim’s operation of the flucing horse by force of approximately 50 minutes, by taking advantage of the victim’s fluence, such as “a badly bad year, Chewing year,” and cutting off the bicycle that was set up on the side of the flucing horse.
