A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants made it possible for the Defendants to operate an illegal Internet gambling site with H, etc. called “G” and gain profits from the operation of the illegal Internet gambling site. The Defendants: (a) established an organization at each stage of business, such as the headquarters, fice company, total board, and store; (b) developed the Internet gambling program that is capable of gambling “one-day”, “biopi”, and “comparing”; (c) operated from April 1, 2013 to June 30, 2013; and (d) replaced the Defendants’ overall management and supervision of the Internet gambling site from around September 23, 2013 to around November 4, 2013 to around March 314, 2014; and (b) replaced the Defendants’ overall management and supervision of the Internet gambling program with their respective instructions, including the operation of the Internet gambling program, to avoid any control.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with the above H, from April 2013 to September 2014, Defendant A opened and operated the said Internet gambling site for profit-making purposes, from April 2013 to October 2014, Defendant B opened and operated the said Internet gambling site. As a result, when the call center was in charge of the said Internet gambling site, the call center had a large number of unspecified members using the said Internet gambling site run the gambling game by using the said game money, which was received after accessing the said gambling site, such as one-day “mack”, “baco,” and “comat,” and the members obtained from deducting commission for exchange of 12.5% from the remaining game money in which the members play the game, and then deposited the remaining game money into the account of members by exchanging it in cash.
