The defendant shall be innocent.

1. On April 8, 1996, the penal provisions applicable to the summary order subject to review on April 14:59, which was committed by an employee of the defendant specified in the facts charged, lose its retroactive effect according to the Constitutional Court’s unconstitutionality decision, and thus, the defendant is acquitted pursuant to the former part of Article 325 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
