이후 피고인은 2019. 5. 6. 11:20경 위 B빌라 C호에서 주방 가스레인지에 불을 켠 다음 두루마리 화장지에 불을 붙이고, 불이 붙은 화장지로 D의 캐리어 가방에 있는 옷가지에 불을 붙이고 그 불길이 B빌라 C호 전체와 B빌라 건물 옆에 있는 E모텔 건물 외벽 등에 번지게 하였다.
