1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 20,539,740 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from September 18, 2013 to September 6, 2016.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Plaintiff supplied goods, such as parts, to the Defendant from September 1, 2012 to September 17, 2013, and the balance of the claim for the payment of goods is KRW 27,703,338.

On the other hand, the money that the plaintiff should settle to the defendant is KRW 7,163,598.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 20,539,740 (=the amount of KRW 27,703,338 - KRW 7,163,598), and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 6% per annum under the Commercial Act from September 18, 2013 to September 6, 2016, the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint, which is the day following the said final supply date, and 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the day of full payment.
