1. The Defendants are attached to the third floor of the building indicated in the attached list to the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the Appointed C.

On February 17, 2014, the Plaintiff (designated parties; hereinafter referred to as the “Plaintiff”) and the designated parties C set a lease of KRW 90,00 (10,00,000,00,000,00,000,000 (hereinafter referred to as the “instant building”) for the following reasons: (a) among the three floors of the building indicated in the attached Table to the Defendant C, the current status of the building on the third floor is indicated 1,2,3,4, and 1; and (b) during the period of 80 square meters in part (a) connected each point in the ship (hereinafter referred to as “the instant building part”) to the Defendant Company in sequence; (c) the Plaintiff’s claim against the Plaintiff on February 24, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Company”); and (d) the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant Company for the cancellation of the lease agreement between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff on February 24, 2014; and (d) the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant Company No.251.

Therefore, the instant lease agreement was terminated by the Plaintiff’s exercise of the Plaintiff’s right to terminate the lease on the grounds of the delinquency in payment of two or more rents from the Defendant Company on November 12, 2014, and the Defendants delivered the instant building part to the Plaintiff and the Selection Party C, and the Defendant Company is obligated to return to the Plaintiff and the Selection Party C the amount equivalent to the monthly rent or the amount equivalent thereto from July 25, 2014 to July 25, 2014, each month, 495,000 won (=90,000) (i.e., the amount equivalent to the monthly rent or the amount equivalent thereto) from July 25, 2014 to the completion date of delivery of the instant building.
