A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On April 2012, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven at approximately 10 km 10km from the construction site of the future tech in the Dolle of Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-si to the front day of the Defendant’s house at the same time from the construction site of the future tech to the front day of the Defendant.

2. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act;

A. Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

B. At around 10:00 on July 10, 2012, the Defendant sought the victim I (Nam, 49 years of age) to receive smuggling wages at the construction site of the J warehouse located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, but the victim explained that all of the wages was paid by the Defendant, and the Defendant attempted to take back the transition ( approximately 25 cm in total length, approximately 14 cm in length) possessed in the lock-in machine ( approximately 25 cm in total length, about 14 cm in length), and expressed the victim’s desire to “bomer, knick,” the victim’s “hack.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
