The defendant is innocent. The summary of this judgment shall be notified publicly.
Reasons
1. The Defendant is a person who was working as the captain of the ship B (13 gross tons, maximum seating capacity of 33 persons) with the registry of Busan.
No one shall discharge pollutants from a ship into the sea.
Nevertheless, at around 10:50 on June 7, 2017, the Defendant operated B for departure from the port of Busan Main Customs Office located in Jung-gu, Busan, the Defendant, at around 11:00 on the same day, caused the shock on the port side of Busan Port C (13 tons) where the port side of B players is anchored at the same place, and operated B at around 11:24 on the same day, while operating B at the same place, at around 11:24 on the same day, caused the shock on the port side of B which caused the shock on the port side of B which caused approximately 10 meters in width and about 5 meters in length to the port side of C which caused the shock on the port side of C which caused the shock on the upper left side of C which caused the shock of about 100 meters in width and about 5 meters in length, left C by leaving it.
