Around December 8, 2010, the Defendant made a false statement that “The Defendant may receive a loan from the F Housing as collateral and purchase the land in the Gyeonggi-do mutual balance with the said money, and then remain a lot of profit if sold. 60-70% of the profit amount by realizing the profit.”

However, even if the defendant received additional loans, he did not have the intention or ability to purchase a fair land or redeem the loan instead.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, was given a loan to the said FF as security by the 445,898,185 won and repaid the existing livestock cooperative loan amounting to KRW 312,251,234 and received the remainder of KRW 133,646,951 from the victim.
