1. Defendant A shall be punished by a fine of 5,00,000 won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 2,00,000 won.

2. The above fine is imposed on the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranginging Sexual Traffic (mediation, etc. of sexual traffic) jointly with D, from October 1, 2014 to April 30, 2015, Defendant A operated a commercial sex trafficking business establishment (one person G), namely, “F,” solely from May 1, 2015 to July 6, 2015, by leasing three rooms in each Daegu-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul. Defendant B worked for the said commercial sex trafficking business establishment from October 2014 to July 6, 2015.

On January 2015, the Defendants received 130,00 won from a male guest with no name, and let H, an employee of the said place, engage in sexual intercourse at the said sexual traffic business establishment from October 2014 to July 6, 2015. The Defendants received 130,00 won from an unspecified number of male guest customers to receive 130,000 won as the price for sexual intercourse at the said sexual traffic business establishment.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with the aforementioned D, from January 1, 2014 to April 30, 2015, and Defendant B conspired with the said D to arrange sexual traffic for each business from May 1, 2015 to July 6, 2015.

2. No person who violates the Health Act in a school, environment sanitation and cleanup zone shall engage in physical contacts between unspecified persons, exposure to confidential parts, etc., or provide services which are likely to cause any similar conduct, nor shall he/she operate any business.

The Defendants conspired with the aforementioned D to October 1, 2014 and April 30, 2015, and Defendant B conspired with the said D, and operated a commercial sex acts business establishment as above in collusion with the said D, from May 1, 2015 to July 6, 2015, in the first room located in the International University E located in the Daegu Middle-gu University, Daegu-gu.
