[Criminal Power] On July 17, 2009, Defendant A was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on March 19, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence at Daejeon Prison.

A The owner of the business operating the “D” game site at Kimpo-si C and the first floor, and the defendant B are the employees of the above game site.
1. Although Defendant A was not offered for use of a game product that was not rated by the Game Rating Board, the Defendant installed 30 game machine units, which did not receive any rating from the Game Rating Board to October 4, 2013, and provided for use by unspecified customers, among the period from October 4, 2013 to October 22:10, 2013.
2. On October 6, 2013, from around 17:00 to October 22:10, 2013, Defendant B, despite being aware that he/she provided D game products not rated as described in paragraph (1) to an unspecified number of customers, the Defendant, who was employed by A, as an employee, provided that he/she would receive KRW 100,00 per day from A in order to assist the said service, provided that he/she would give coffee, clean, and assist the customer, by explaining the game method, and by other means of debrising it.
