A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, the representative of entertainment planning company C, and around August 201, committed an indecent act against the victim D (the victim of 17 years of age, inn) who entered into an exclusive contract at entertainment planning company, on the ground that he/she took advantage of the fact that he/she was the representative of the said company, and that he/she committed an indecent act against the victim who was affiliated with the entertainment management company, on the ground that “the internal president is the president, and the body must be known.”

1. 2. On February 1, 2012, around 17:25, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the juvenile, who is a juvenile, by force, by using force, such as rhumbucks and rhumbucks in the H film hall located in Seoul G, with the victim’s motion picture.
