1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Defendant A and B’s joint crime (unauthorized waste disposal business) Defendant B operated C Co., Ltd. (former H Co., Ltd.) located in G at the time of Jin-si

I's denial, the first person who was detained (up to December 28, 2015) by committing a violation of the Waste Management Act, such as operating a waste disposal business without obtaining permission for a waste disposal business while operating the said C Co., Ltd., and actually operated C Co., Ltd., and the Defendant A becomes the representative director of the C Co., Ltd., and jointly operated C Co., Ltd with Defendant B on December 21, 2015.

Any person who intends to engage in the business of collecting, transporting, recycling, or disposing of wastes (hereinafter referred to as "waste treatment business") shall submit a business plan to the Mayor/Do Governor pursuant to Article 25 (3) of the Waste Management Act, and obtain permission for a waste treatment business by meeting the requirements for facilities, equipment, technical capability, etc. in accordance with the business plan after reviewing by the Mayor/Do Governor.

Nevertheless, on February 26, 2016, the Defendants conspired with the competent authorities to take out food waste 24,050 g from E Co., Ltd. in Incheon Gyeyang-gu, through KMls trucks owned by J Co., Ltd. at the workplace of the said C Co., Ltd., from around February 26, 2016, without obtaining permission for waste disposal business from the competent authorities, and thereafter, from that time,

6. Until March 31, 200, the above workplace carried in a total of 29 km amounting to 666,910 kilograms of food wastes in the following manner, and operated a waste treatment business by means of camping out and mixing them with heavy equipment (ro), etc.

2. The Minister of Environment, the Mayor/Do Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu shall dispose of, or have abandoned, the discarded water not in compliance with the standards and methods for waste treatment under the Wastes Control Act or the recycling purposes or methods of wastes.
