1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is an insurance company that runs various insurance business, such as non-life insurance, and the Defendant is a person who operates the hospital in the name of “C Hospital” in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D (hereinafter “instant hospital”).

B. The Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract for guaranteeing the actual medical expenses (hereinafter “each of the instant insurance contracts”) with the insured as indicated in the separate sheet No. 1 list (hereinafter “the insured”).

The insured at the instant hospital received high pressure oxygen treatment from the Defendant, and paid the Defendant the medical expenses indicated in the column for the payment of the cost of high pressure oxygen treatment in attached Table 2. The Plaintiff paid the insured insurance money indicated in the column for the payment of the above list of insurance money according to each insurance contract of this case.

Detailed matters concerning the criteria and methods for applying medical care benefits (Notice of the Ministry of Health and Welfare No. 2009-135) shall be as follows:
