The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Around 18:00 on June 15, 2017, the Defendant used the victim’s left hand part of the charge against the assault committed by the victim D (year 48) in front of the “C”, thereby assaulting the victim’s right hand part of the charge once.
