Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof in violation of the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products shall place a false label or place a label likely to cause confusion therewith;

Nevertheless, from February 27, 2015 to June 19, 2015, the Defendant prepared and sold a restaurant operated by the Defendant located in Busan High-gu, Busan High-gu, and the Australia Busan High-gu, which purchased from E in Busan High-gu, with the origin labeling board containing 349.9kg, and falsely marked the origin of the noise in the origin labeling board.

On July 2015, 2015, the Defendant also was found to have sold the instant restaurant in C cafeteria as described in the foregoing paragraph 1 to the regional economy and public officials of the Busan-do Office, on June 16, 2015, and was found to have been in use of the name of the representative of the said restaurant in order to be exempted from punishment due to the above control by using the name of the representative of the said restaurant was F, and the name was found to have been inspected by the person under the name.
