Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a representative of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E and the second class, who employs six full-time workers and operates a cosmetics wholesale and retail company.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, retirement allowances, compensation, and all other money and valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.
