As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the Victim J, received from the Victim J, KRW 40,00,00 from the Victim J on May 30, 2013, KRW 30,000,000 from May 31, 2013, and KRW 70,00,00 from the Victim J to the new bank account under the name of the Defendant in the name of digital camera.
