Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 2013, around 01:25, the Defendant was arrested in the act of assaulting C in the street located in the area B located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, and became arrested in the act of committing an act of committing an act of assaulting C, and was transferred to the E box on board the back seat of the 112 patrolr.

While getting on and off the patrol vehicle, the Defendant continued to take a bath to the police officers while walking the said patrol vehicle, which led him to take a part of the back of the patrol vehicle on several occasions, and caused approximately 40 meters of the crepans after the patrol vehicle.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the goods used by public offices.
