A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 5, 2010, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

Although the Defendant violated the prohibition of drunk driving as above, on September 6, 202, at around 01:02, the Defendant driven a B SP car under the influence of alcohol level of approximately 0.120% in a section of approximately 1km from September 1, 202 to the king-si, Singu, Singu, Singu, Singu, and from around 50, Singu, Singu, Singu, Singu, Singu, and Singu, Singu.
