1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) shall pay to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) KRW 93,389,608 and its full payment from September 22, 2015.

1. Determination as to the cause of the principal claim

A. Basic facts 1) The Plaintiff, along with C, D, and E, was newly built by F on September 201, approximately KRW 620 square meters in total, approximately 1,240 square meters in the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government Building on the ground of KRW 2,240 square meters in G (hereinafter “instant building”).

3) While the Plaintiff was preparing for the operation of the camping point in this case under 106 and 107, the Plaintiff was introduced by H that operated the Aging and camping point at Changwon around October 2012. 4) In order to operate the camping point, the original Defendant entered the name of the Plaintiff and lessee in the name of the Plaintiff and lessee in the name of KRW 30 million, monthly rent of KRW 3 million (3.3 million per month if the value-added tax is included in the rent of KRW 200,000,000,000,000,000 won (including value-added tax), and the said rent of KRW 200,000,000,000,000,000 won, including the above rent of KRW 20,000,000,000,000,000 won per month from December 2, 2012 to September 10, 202.
