[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the deputy head of H Construction Co., Ltd., a private person, who performs the “G drainage site installation works” located in the area F in the area of the wife population, and Defendant B is the head of the public service of the I Co., Ltd., another contractor of the said construction, and the victim J (30) was employed as the representative of the I Co., Ltd, around July 19, 2016 in order to work at the above construction site.

1. On July 29, 2016, Defendant B, at around 01:00, committed assault against the victim at one time, in light of the following: (a) from the L stairs located under K with the wife population, which is the second chapter of the second chapter of the common sense that he returns the victim’s membership; (b) in the course of returning home to the victim as an on-site accommodation, he was able to listen to the victim’s bathing from the person who was under the influence of alcohol while returning home to the victim’s accommodation; and (c) was bread with the victim’s breabb
