On February 16, 2014, at around 07:05, the Defendant driven 200,107 U.S. New Return for Busan Shipping Daegu (Return Dong, main apartment house) from the front point of the trade name located in the Dong-ri, Eup, Myeon-gun, Busan, the Defendant driven approximately 5km in front of 100,107.
