Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 13, 2018, the Defendant driven a rocketing car from approximately 1km to the shot distance on the front side of the entrance of the Rool Village, which was located in the city of Gyeongsan without obtaining a driver's license on March 14:20, 2018, from around the front side of the entrance of the Ulsan-ri Village to the front side of the same time.

- As much as there is a possibility of criticism against the instant crime during the suspension period due to the crimes of violating the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving), the recognition and reflect of the crime, and the non-licensed driving will not be permitted again.
