Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 31, 2012, around 11:50, the Defendant: (a) attached a fire using a match at the 202 heading room of “D” located in Busan YU C; (b) but (c) the Defendant had to pay attention not to decrease the fluence attached to the fire.

The Defendant’s negligence caused a fire to the teared shop newsletter that was attached to a match around that time, and destroyed the fire by putting the fire to the teared shop newsletter, and then putting the fire to a small wave and then setting the fire at a level of about 50cc of the small wave.

2. From around 02:30 on April 2, 2013 to around 02:59, the Defendant committed an indecent act by compulsion by force against the victim by: (a) dividing the chest of the victim G (the 32 years old) working at the main room in Busan East-gu by force in the room room 113 under the “Fju store” located in Busan East-gu E; (b) preventing the Defendant from resisting the chest by force; and (c) putting the finger by inserting the finger under the upper part; and (d) intending to put the finger by hand into the sound part.

3. On January 23, 2013, at around 06:00, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to “I”; (b) while drinking alcohol, the Defendant took a bath to female customers and the victim, without good cause, to “I am on one occasion” while drinking alcohol; and (c) took a bath to “I am on one occasion.”

In other words, it was difficult to avoid disturbance, such as trying to see again, and even if the victim's test does not receive the alcohol value, the victim continued to take a bath for the customer and the victim.

In the end, for about 30 minutes, the Defendant interfered with the victim's operation of the defense room by force.

4. On December 4, 2006, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 500,000 from the Busan District Court to a fine of KRW 500,00 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and a fine of KRW 700,00 as a crime at Jeju District Court on August 24, 2007.

The Defendant is under the influence of alcohol on February 9, 2013, at around 00:45, the blood alcohol concentration of 0.062%.
