A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

[Criminal Power] On February 21, 2018, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Daegu District Court’s Ansan Branch on February 21, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

1. A thief: (a) around 03:45 on December 7, 2019, the Defendant: (b) on the street in front of D in Ansan-si C, a victim E turned on the starting of the vehicle; (c) was on the driver’s seat of the passenger car owned by the victim at a temporarily set-off location; and (d) was on the driver’s seat of the passenger car owned by the victim with a Fluent amounting to KRW 3.7.20,00

The Defendant: (a) violated the Road Traffic Act; (b) violated the Road Traffic Act; (c) violated the Road Traffic Act; and (d) violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the above location at the time and time specified in the preceding paragraph, while driving a vehicle with the highest alcohol level of 0.191%, without a driver’s license, while driving the said vehicle at the above location without the driver’s license; and (c) neglected to take the left-hand turn from the shooting distance of the Western market to the H middle school room at the right side of the G elementary school; (d) caused the victim I owned by the victim I while driving the vehicle at the right side of the driver’s vehicle while driving the vehicle without the driver’s license; and (e) caused the victim K to repair the first half-man vehicle at the left side of the rocketing car owned by the victim K, with the repair cost of 2,507,635 won, and damaged the repair cost of the vehicle by 1,3835 and 98 won.

As a result, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving at least twice, and operated a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license, and neglected to pay attention necessary for the business, thereby damaging the property of the victim I and K.
