Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

On October 22, 2013, the Defendant, at around 20:00, sustained injury that the victim B (year 61) was under the influence of alcohol in front of the gravel 6, Nampo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, on the ground that the victim B (year 61) was under the influence of alcohol in front of the gravel 6.
